What you're buying

The Iron Kegel Protocol is digital education: guided pelvic floor exercise programs, guides and printables, plus a tracker to log your progress.

Everything is delivered by email to the address you give at checkout. There is no physical product.

Not medical advice

The program is for education and general wellness. It is not medical treatment and does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition.

Talk to a doctor before starting if you have a medical condition, and stop and see a doctor if you feel pain, notice blood in urine or semen, or have erection problems that start suddenly.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older to buy or use the program.

Price and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) at checkout. Each plan is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

Refunds

You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, purchases are not refundable. See the Refund Policy for details.

Your access and our content

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for yourself.

Please don't share, resell or republish the videos, guides or tracker. All content remains the property of Iron Kegel Protocol.

Results

Results vary from person to person and depend on doing the exercises consistently. We don't guarantee a specific result.

Liability

You use the program at your own discretion. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your plan.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
