Our promises
We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers or data brokers.
We keep you anonymous. We never reveal your identity or connect your name to your answers in public, and we never publish a review or testimonial without your explicit permission.
What we collect
Quiz answers: your age group and your answers about sexual health and lifestyle. These are only stored if you give consent on the plan screen.
Your email address: to deliver your program and send important messages about your purchase.
Purchase details: which plan you bought and when. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store them.
Basic usage data: how pages on this site are used, so we can fix problems and improve it.
How we use it
To build your personal plan, deliver your program by email, provide support, process refunds, and improve the program. Nothing else.
Who can access it
Only the service providers we need to run the program: payment processing, email delivery and website hosting. They may only process your data to provide their service to us, never for their own purposes.
How we protect it
Data is sent over encrypted connections, and access is limited to what is needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while you're a customer and as long as needed for support, refunds and legal obligations. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time, and withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected]. We will act on your request promptly.
Deleting your account and data
To delete your account and all your data, email [email protected]. No reason needed, no questions asked.
If you write from the email address on your account, that verifies the request. If you write from a different address, we'll first confirm it's really you in another way, so no one can delete your data on your behalf.
Once verified, we delete your data immediately and send you an email confirming it's done.
The only exception is a minimal payment record that the law requires us to keep for tax and accounting. It's kept only for that purpose and deleted when the legal period ends.
Age
The program is for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, the date at the top will change. We will never weaken our promises above without telling you first.
